2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

If duplicate accounts are detected, 3333jl may close all related accounts and forfeit any associated funds or bonuses without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3333jl will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Any activity carried out through your account before you notify us is your responsibility.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

3333jl may request identity verification documents — such as a government-issued ID (SSS card, PhilHealth, driver's license, or passport) — before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions until documentation is provided.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3333jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

4.2 Deposit Minimums

The minimum single deposit on 3333jl is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger enhanced verification checks.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically faster. Withdrawals cannot be processed to a payment method different from the one used for the original deposit unless verified through KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. 3333jl does not accept payments from third parties. Any funds received from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 3333jl. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at our discretion without explanation. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification with a unique bet reference number.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or game. 3333jl will use reasonable efforts to settle bets promptly after official results are confirmed. In the event of a dispute about a result, the relevant governing body's decision is final.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or postponed; a clear pricing error occurred; a bet was placed after an event had already concluded; or if fraud or suspicious activity is detected. Voided bets have the stake returned to the Member's wallet.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stake

The minimum single bet is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, game type, and individual event and are displayed in the bet interface before placement. For accumulator bets, the minimum total stake is ₱20.

5.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets can be suspended or closed at any time, including during the natural flow of an event. 3333jl accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension. The Cash Out feature is available on selected markets and the value offered is final once accepted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3333jl and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 3333jl

3333jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your 3333jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for final account closure processing.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 3333jl may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email before any fees are applied. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3333jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 3333jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without the express written permission of 3333jl. Unauthorised use of 3333jl content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or criminal offence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
  • Service interruptions, delays, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
  • Losses resulting from your own failure to secure your account credentials.
  • Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 3333jl's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
